Boleh dikatakan ramai wanita yang sangat risau mengenai perubahan diri lepas bersalin, tapi jika disiplin yang tinggi semua itu tiada masalah.

Bagi Diana Nasir ibu kepada kembar Anggun Darleena dan Anggun Darleesa dia mengakui berdepan perubahan fizikal bentuk badan selepas bersalin.

Diana yang baru melahirkan cahaya mata ketiganya pada 10 November lalu mendedahkan adakalanya perubahan yang berlaku menyebabkannya panik.

A lil note that l would love to share with all the new mommas/momma to be out there : After giving birth, you may not recognise your own body anymore, but you need to give it a time! Its possible that you’ll still look pregnant weeks after birth, this is normal mommas! Your belly button will look the way it used to, eventually. Your body may have made some permanent physical changes, embrace them. You may lost lotsa hair in the first few month, dont panic its a normal phase. Your hormones are adjusting themselves, there will be high lows and probably tears. You may get the baby blues or postpartum depression, know that this is ok and ask for help and support as youre not alone! Your breastfeeding journey (if you do) may not be as easy as you expected, dont beat yourself up and it will take time. You may sweat a lot and feel like youre in a constant heat wave in the first few weeks. You may have permanent scars on your body, these are simply reminders of HOW STRONG OUR AMAZING BODY ARE, LEARN TO LOVE THEM. Motherhood changes us, physically, mentally and emotionally. Some of these changes permanent, most temporary, remember youre not alone. “Selepas bersalin kita mungkin tidak kenal tubuh badan kita sendiri tetapi berilah masa.

“Tidak mustahil selepas bersalin badan akan nampak seperti masih mengandung, fizikal badan kita akan berubah.

“Rambut pun akan lebih banyak gugur pada bulan-bulan awal berpantang, jangan panik ianya normal.

“Hormon kita sedang menyesuaikan diri.

“Kita mungkin akan berdepan dengan postpartum depression, kenali simptomnya dan dapatkan nasihat dengan segera,” kongsi Diana.
